Shipping costs

Our shipments (investment coins, collectible coins, bullion, etc.) are always made by courier, as this is the safest and fastest method.

• All shipments are insured until receipt of the package.

• Standard shipping : €12, including shipping and insurance up to €15,000.

• Shipments over €15,000 : €30, with full insurance coverage.

• If the order exceeds 1 kilo of gold, it will be sent in several packages (maximum 1 kilo per package).

• We work mainly with companies such as NACEX and SEUR.

• You can also pick it up at our offices in Madrid (free shipping), by appointment at comercial@numismaejemplo.com or by phone at +34 912 000 000.

• For shipments to the Canary Islands, abroad, or special quantities (e.g., large volumes of silver), you must consult the specific conditions in advance.

Investment and Collection Coins

All coins are sent by courier unless otherwise indicated by the customer.

• Shipping cost for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): €12 (insurance included).

• Shipping to the Canary Islands or abroad: consult conditions in advance.

Returns

The customer is responsible for accurately checking the terms of any order placed. Once placed, the order cannot be canceled or rescinded and will be considered final.

In accordance with the provisions of article 45.a) of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade , the right of withdrawal is excluded from the purchase of ingots and coins of gold, silver or other precious metals, since the price of these products depends on fluctuations in international financial markets (e.g., London Stock Exchange fixing) that cannot be controlled by the seller.
